Our baby was in the NICU from the very moment of his birth. Bindu has done a commendable job in meeting the requirements of our baby and explaining each and everything thing to us. She understood confusion and doubt and explained each and everything thing in very detail to us so that we can feel comfortable about our baby. She made my wife ready to handle each requirement of the baby. She was very encouraging and motivated my wife to not stress about the changed life and how she can keep herself calm so that she produces breastmilk in quantity for the baby. She encouraged exclusive breastfeeding for my wife.

Nurse Bindu was extremely patient with me, my husband, and my baby while teaching us ways to get our baby to latch on while breastfeeding. She gave us numerous tips, and we were grateful for her friendly support.

Our hospital journey has been nothing short of extraordinary, and today marks a day of immense joy as we take our baby home after two and a half weeks.The care, dedication, and expertise displayed by the incredible team of caretakers, nurses, and doctors were truly remarkable. In moments of concern, their support transformed challenges into triumphs. The nurturing environment and constant updates not only alleviated our worries but allowed us to witness our baby's incredible progress firsthand. The transparency and compassion shown by the entire team turned our experience into one of hope and positivity. As we leave with our little one in our arms, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who played a role in this journey. Thank you, Doctor and Nurse Bindu, and all others, for making a significant difference in our lives and for ensuring our baby's health and development.
