I couldn't believe Bing was able to do all she did. She was exceptionally kind to me and stayed on top of everything. She had 7 patients that day and yet I saw her a lot. She worked with a great attitude.

Bing was AMAZING! Although she found herself with '7' patients and was meeting herself coming and going, Bing made sure our mother was well taken care of. It was as if someone turned on her Turbo button. She was on top of everything and still took time to explain everything going on. I'm sure she was here till midnight writing on records. She said 'I can write on records later right now I have to take care of my patients.'...We love Bing.

My mother... was moved to 5th floor from ICU. Her nurse was Bing. She was an excellent nurse. In spite of having 7 patients that's okay, she managed to keep up with meds etc. She also corrected a doctor with a medication dosage. She had 2 doctors waiting for her while taking care of my mother. Her phone kept ringing all the while and she answered it pleasantly and professionally. She performed her duties with a beautiful smile on her face with her patient's well-being always in mind. This is why I nominate Bing for the DAISY Award."
