Our nurse, Binh, is the best nurse we have encountered here. Why? She treated our grandpa as if he was her own grandpa. With Louisiana being so diverse, she has the capability to communicate to us in English and Vietnamese. She is very patient and educates us thoroughly about our grandfather's treatments and plans. We are grateful for her service.
