Binh goes above and beyond for her patients every day. Binh takes time to listen to the patient's needs, helping discover the root of their problem and coordinating creative solutions. Binh provided heating pads and a cool cloth as an alternative pain relief for a patient who could not tolerate the medication. When Binh is taking care of her patient, "it gives us peace of mind."
