Bini always brings her calm and positive demeanor to the unit. She treats every patient as if they are a beloved family member and creates an environment of caring. Bini always has a smile on her face but is also a fierce patient advocate when need be. She also always extends herself to help others on the unit because she wants to make sure every patient is well cared for. Bini is one of the most compassionate nurses I have come across in my career, and it is an honor to call her a colleague.
