Binu Joseph, RN

Binu is one of the most extraordinary nurses I've ever seen. Nursing is a passion to him that he shows in his everyday work. He cares for his patient in a loving manner. Silence is also one of the best qualities in nursing that I've learned from him, and that's why nobody knows how busy he is during his shift. He is not tense and allows his colleagues to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. He is a great team player and he's punctual. Even in the case of a busy shift, Binu manages to keep a sound mind. One day my resident was an emergency transfer to acute care. When the SIC told me I panicked however Binu didn't worry or panic he got straight to work and within 10 minutes he managed to arrange everything and make me comfortable. Binu is a friendly colleague whom I often find myself talking to and gaining knowledge whenever I speak to him.
