Blair showed great clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to not only me as a patient but also to encourage and serve as a role model for her fellow young nurse who wasn't as familiar with a sterile procedure. She was always positive and encouraging while in this role model capacity.

She showed such great compassion to me as a patient and never expected me to also be a nurse. Instead, she actively listened to what I had to share, insights, opinions, and cared enough to show support for everyone around her - staff and patients included - to the best possible clinical outcomes.
