Blanca moves with speed and agility to meet the needs of the patient. While in the hospital Blanca nursed me in body, mind and soul. She provided answers to questions. She has a positive spirit, consolation during pain, always asking if I needed anything and then moved quickly to get it. She never left me wondering where she went as she was quick to return. She works as a team member and assists other RN's with their assignments. She tag teams very well. After work she stopped in to check on me and "visit" a little. This was very comforting since I have no family that could come to the hospital. She asked about my needs and tried to help suggest ways to meet them. She has a great sense of humor and will be a wonderful nurse for years to come. SJRMC should be very proud of her. She is a very compassionate and caring young RN.
