Ms. Blesilda Zapanta strives to provide safe patient care, provide an excellent patient experience, and foster true engagement of her staff in the Operating Room, Ambulatory Surgery, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. She advocates for patients and staff and ensures staff and patient safety. Her staff in perioperative services were the first to achieve 100% compliance with COVID-19 vaccination for staff and patient safety.

Ms. Zapanta goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best surgical care and experience. She also follows up with patients post-operatively to receive feedback and ensure a positive patient experience.
