I would like to share my family’s experience with Blessed Beginnings over the past week. I was deeply moved by the compassion and professionalism the entire team demonstrated. Our story is especially meaningful because my daughter was born at Blessing Health, and in the same week, my grandchild was also born here.
My wife, who is a physician, felt safe, supported, and exceptionally well cared for throughout our experience. I also noticed that whenever I saw a badge with “RN,” I felt an immediate sense of calm and trust. The team consistently took the time to answer our questions across all shifts and encouraged our family to be actively involved in the care process.
One moment that stood out to me was when a staff member came in to gather information for our baby’s birth certificate. During the conversation, she noted that we had experienced a miscarriage in 2020—something that remains a deeply painful memory for both of us. She compassionately shared that she had experienced a similar loss and took the time to listen, offer support, and hold space for our emotions. That connection meant a great deal to our family, and we will never forget it.
Both my wife and I were incredibly impressed by the confidence, expertise, and compassion of the Blessing Health staff. This was the birth of my seventh and final child, and the team made it a meaningful, positive experience.
We are extremely grateful for the care we received and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the Blessed Beginnings team for making such an important milestone in our lives so special. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion will remain with our family for years to come.
