January 2026 Honoree
Blessing Noumba Londo, RN
Blessing was nominated for always showing her patients that rehabilitation is about compassion as much as clinical skill. One patient experiencing a severe panic attack later said Blessing treated her like a person instead of a diagnosis. Her calm presence, patience, and grounding breathing techniques helped restore the patient’s confidence and sense of safety.
Blessing’s dedication extended beyond her patients. She accepted a six-week student assignment and became a mentor, welcoming a future nurse into the profession by modeling excellent care in real time.
