Blossom was the first one who actually listened to me; she typed up everything I told her and immediately sent it to Dr. B.
The first time our Momma came to your facility was about one year ago. The year before, I had noticed changes in her, and she went into a place where I could sometimes reach her and sometimes not so much; she ended up in a hospital. After that, we had to put her into a nursing home, and she ended up in your hospital. She had become difficult and sometimes mean. I could not get anyone to listen or to hear me say that this was not her normal behavior.

Blossom was the first one who actually listened to me; she typed up everything I told her and immediately sent it to Dr. B. I received a call from Dr. B within minutes; she asked me if I had time to talk, and we were on the phone for about 45 minutes. She went over Mom's medications with me and also her situation, and we talked about when it changed. Because Blossom listened and moved everything forward to Mom's doctor for me, we were able to figure out what the problems were. My Mom does not even remember from the previous year to the time everything was corrected. However, these two ladies are responsible for giving Momma back her quality of life and for the last year of her life, she was wonderful again and able to mostly take care of herself. There is no way to ever give back to them what they gave back to Momma or us.

Momma passed away in your hospital, and your staff, all of them were absolutely amazing in every way. Hands down the best hospital I have ever been in, and there have been many. Thanks so much to your wonderful staff members, each one of them who crossed our paths. This is not something you can train into people. You just hire amazing people!
