My dad was in MICU in April. Bo worked the night shift and took very good care of my dad. He talked with him and made sure he was comfortable given the prognosis. Also, with our entire family there he made sure we as a family we were understanding the situation and what to expect. My dad got to know Bo on Saturday night and looked forward to seeing him again as his nurse so we all know that Bo made an impression on my dad in his care.

So, when I left the hospital on Sunday evening and Bo was working, I knew my dad was in good hands and that there was nothing to worry about that the care would be nothing but the best.
