This year’s DAISY Nurse Leader is committed to the hospital and everyone in this room. She is ALL IN to support the hospital in any way she can.  She is selfless and will drop what she is working on to help others – even when that means she has to stay later to finish what she was doing. We can always count on her to support the hospital through challenging times. She understands our priorities. This leader promotes a culture of safety, solves problems, and works well with everyone – in every department. She is genuinely trusted and appreciated by staff, leadership, and physicians. She brings value to every project she works on, introduces best practices, and remains laser-focused on patient safety. Her work is reflected in the incredible patient outcomes we have.  We are thankful to have a leader who engages staff and consistently demonstrates integrity.  She gives so much of herself through her work.  We can’t thank this leader enough for the service and support she provides.
