Bobbi went above and beyond to be observant and catch that the patient was short of breath when he stopped by to change an appointment. She checked his oxygen level and it was low, and she noticed he was in distress. She persuaded the patient to stay and took him to the ER. She then went and found the patient's wife and filled her in on the situation. The patient was diagnosed with a blood clot and diabetes and stayed in the hospital for 1 week. She "went the extra mile" to save the patient.
