Bobbie Cherry, RN

My Aunt was placed on the Cardiac Floor after her CABG. She was a very, shall we say needy, patient. I live in Savannah, GA, and I could not be there the entire length of my aunt's stay in the hospital. Her nurse made sure I (as her POA) was always updated on my aunts care and that my son who would spend hours at the hospital with my aunt (a huge tasking for a 20-year-old) was always made to feel comfortable. As a nurse myself, I know that we are not always appreciated for our work and are often underappreciated, and we take a lot of negativity from our patients. 

Bobbie never let my aunt bring her down. She was never once unprofessional toward her (and I know that my aunt was very demanding at times), and she showed nothing but compassion toward her and any visitors she had during her stay.

I just want Bobbie to know how much I appreciate everything she did during this time and how wonderful she truly is. I can only hope that I am the type of nurse that Bobbie is. Bobbie has a special place in Heaven, for sure. 

Again, Bobbie is an Angel disguised as a Nurse. She is absolutely wonderful at her job.
