Bobbie was there for me whenever I needed her with professionalism and perfect bedside manner. Meaning the right amount of humor while explaining everything that was going on as she took care of my pain. I came out of the spinal in tremendous pain and with genuine concern on her face, she hurried and got the right person to relieve the pain I was in. It was the worst pain I ever went through and she helped me with a smile on her face. Even with all the patients, she had to take care of, she would always return without me pushing the button to check on me. I was to lucky to have Bobbie working for me I would use any means to make sure not to lose her. She brings a high quality to the St. James Family. I was amazed at her work.
