Bobbie was the best nurse. Our 1-year-old son's outpatient surgery got pushed out 3 hours and we were not told. We arrived, got checked in and found this out, and Bobbie was so nice. She called the doctor's office to verify and confirm if anything can be done about the push out of the surgery and when it couldn't she went above and beyond to help keep my very young and hungry son calm. She got a red wagon and some tissues and blankets and helped us to use those items to keep him calm before the surgery, as we had not prepared to wait that long for the surgery to begin. With her help, I was able to walk my son around the hospital in the wagon, in the blankets so he wouldn't get cold, and the gift shop was super nice and gave him a balloon. We kept him distracted until the surgery and he was calm and happy thanks to her! Her thoughtfulness helped to ease a very stressful situation for our family and made a baby very happy!
