Bobbie explained to me, in a manner in which I understood, the procedure and the care that was going to be provided to me during her shift. She was very professional, courteous and acted in such a compassionate and caring manner. She was very concerned about my pain and the rest of my medical needs. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I wish I had her for my nurse for the duration of my stay. Bobbie is truly professional and compassionate.
