Mrs. Lowther treats me with dignity and does what she can to make being at the VA enjoyable. She is a credit to the nursing profession. When I see Bobbie coming it is like a ray of sunshine headed my way. She makes a significant difference in my life and makes me feel special. She makes every Veteran feel special, but she is the one who is special. I have never seen her without a smile. If I were on a lonely road and the good Master were to send someone along that road, I would want Him to send her.
