Boby’s clinical skill and especially his compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that our patients, their families, and our staff recognize as an outstanding role model. He consistently exhibits compassion in the care of our patients and families while meeting our commitment to excellence in safety, quality, and service excellence. Boby is an outstanding professional, mentor, teacher, healer, and colleague. He leads and teaches in a caring manner that makes his "students" open to learning. He molds his ICU nurses by his own examples of compassion and professionalism. He is warm, cheerful, dependable, efficient, and handles crises in a calm and patient manner that extends to all involved. As a patient in ICU, I had all the faith in the world of his abilities as a nurse. He made me feel safe in a very frightening situation. I'll never be able to express my complete gratitude that he was able to stay calm and keep me calm.
