Bomina Otto, BSN, RN

When Bomina was my nurse, I was towards the end of my stay in the hospital. She is compassionate and caring and professional and understanding. Bomina went out of her way to communicate and collaborate with the physician and three different pharmacies to clarify discharge orders and ensure safety. I appreciate that she took the time to explain all the discharge orders and directions in a way I could easily understand. She also took the extra effort to answer my questions and keep “on top” of my pain management despite being very busy. It certainly made me feel confident in my care as well as after care plans and follow ups. Her smile brightened the room and helped to alleviate some of my anxiety.
