Bonn is remarkable for several reasons. First, he spent time getting to know us, and then he conversed about things that are of interest to me and my husband. He was charming and was able to allay my fears going into a surgical procedure. He explained everything he was doing, and his demeanor and personality made my pre-surgery preparation easier than any other preparation process I have experienced. Also, it's usually challenging to get a vein on me. Bonn was a superstar in accessing a vein--not only did he get the vein the first time, but I didn't even feel the poke, which was a miracle for me. Bonn's caring personality, ability to connect personally with his patients, and professional skills are all exemplary. I would like to have Bonn as my nurse for all procedures I need.
