Bonna Hamilton is an amazing individual who is a perfect example of what an angel of nursing should be: kind, compassionate, authoritative, knowledgeable, capable, selfless, reassuring, and continuing her education. Every request made was fulfilled with promptness and a smile. Nurse Hamilton was well educated and easily explained any questions we had. She became a friend that we trusted. After six days in recovery, my wife was getting anxious about the length of recovery and when she could go home. Nurse Hamilton was a calming influence and convinced us that my wife's recovery was on track and all was well. She also has a good sense of humor.
Nurse Bonna Hamilton did not perform any spectacular medical procedure, but she was always there- moving us forward- giving my wife confidence- being everything that Banner Baywood Medical Center expects of a nurse and beyond. Thank you Bonna!!
