She was very compassionate, empathetic, polite, and knowledgeable. She treated my husband as if he were family.
I had to stay overnight in Day Surgery Department. The Perioperative Staff made my stay amazing. Mrs. Bonnie helped my pain with a warm blanket on my stomach that made me not need my pain meds anymore. And haven’t had pain meds since I have been home still using a little heavy warm blanket on my stomach. She is the best nurse. Mrs. Bonnie went over what she had to do. She cared about me and seemed to like her job. She treated me like she wanted to take care of me not that she had to. You do not see that anymore I was very thankful to have her. She was very sweet and helpful. I was able to go home the next day with her helping me.

Bonnie went above and beyond to care for my mom before and after her surgery. She was so kind and caring and made sure my mom's pain was always managed and treated with the dignity and respect that I know she would've wanted her mom to have.

From the time my husband was placed in his room, Nurse Bonnie was simply amazing!!! She was very sunny & welcoming & was not pushy at all even though he was running late. She was very compassionate, empathetic, polite, and knowledgeable. She took her job very seriously & you can see just how much Nursing means to her. She treated my husband as if he were family. She answered the family's questions, no matter how many or how repetitive. She truly is one of a kind & deserves recognition for all she does.

Because of a bad experience getting here I was in a very bad mood that was completely noticeable. Rather than keeping her distance or engaging, she smiled and did something to make me laugh then asked how she could make my day better. Even after that, she continued checking on me, making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay better. She continued checking on me even when I was asleep by simply changing my ice bucket. I had a question that was meant for the doctor and she was able to answer it. I don’t even know this lady but I love the way she’s caring, compassionate, and all for making your stay here fantastic, I feel that she’s loved by everyone. She continued checking on me even when I was asleep by simply changing my ice bucket I was in the dumps because my mom passed away a few weeks and was usually with me for anything I had to do medically! She comforted me and I felt so much better! It’s like she took my mom's place.
