I was suffering from an acute severe anaphylaxis allergic reaction and my right cheek was swollen as well as the inside of my right mouth (very badly). I was in isolation for 10 hours. Bonnie printed out a summary of discharge medications, highlighted all the dose information for morning, bedtime and as needed, 3 pages. And then she printed a discharge instruction for symptoms and how to identify where they started, what they include, common causes, home care, and how to use injectable epinephrine, other medications and general care (follow-up care) - 5 pages - and when to seek medical advice. Very professional, consistent, and compassionate.
