Bonnie Rees 2, RN

My daughter, S, was admitted to the hospital. All the care that S received was 5 stars!! However, I want to acknowledge her nurse, Bonnie, in particular. She was compassionate, kind, and understanding of our situation. My daughter is heading to drug rehab as soon as she is discharged from Mercy, and we had a full stack of medical test results that needed to be completed and sent to Teen Challenge before S could be accepted into the program. I asked Bonnie how she would suggest that I go about getting all of the results that I needed to submit. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She typed up letters and got the signatures that we needed in order to have everything completed so we could fulfill all the requirements for S to enter the Teen Challenge program. Bonnie was able to help me at the stressful times. She did it with a quick smile and a willing attitude. She listened and always had a positive response! Continue to hire people like Bonnie, and you will have to add to Mercy Gilbert Hospital. Everyone will want to be patient here! Thank you, Bonnie!
