Bonnie's compassion and attentiveness towards patients in the Family Birthplace has left all with a lasting impression and for one patient, in particular, has made her deserving of special recognition this month.
A patient nominated Bonnie for her extraordinary care during her C-section and post-partum recovery. During her C-section, Bonnie remained by the patient's side, explaining everything the physician was doing and ensured the patient was as comfortable as possible. After the procedure, Bonnie educated the patient on dealing with post-partum pain and kept her up-to-date on the status of her newborn. Bonnie's compassion and caring nature allowed the patient to feel at ease and confident that she was in good hands during her entire stay.
