Bonnie started her shift and immediately showed me nothing but professionalism and compassion. She saw how much I was suffering from the pain and she wasted no time trying to get my pain under control. She succeeded in getting control of my pain level and she didn't stop there. She continued to check on me even after she got my pain managed. Never once did she show any sign of being irritated with me. I was really impressed with Bonnie as I have never had someone focus so intently on helping me before.
Bonnie's action showed me that she really cared and wanted to truly help me. Bonnie is a great nurse. If I had to be hospitalized again, hopefully, I can have Bonnie as my nurse again. She is easy to love. You can tell by the fact that not only was she willing to help me, but she honestly cared about me and wanted to help - "It's a difference."
