Bonnie consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and their families.
We recently had a patient who was from out of state traveling with his wife and ended up in the ICU with multiple problems. His wife stayed at bedside having nowhere to go and only having the clothes she was wearing. Bonnie noticed this and took her to Meijer after her shift to help her get a change of clothes.
Bonnie always goes the extra mile for her patients and families and even her coworkers. She gave a coworker, who has a sister with a recently diagnosed illness, her home phone number so she could call if she ever needed any help.
