I just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to tell you of the wonderful service I received through the hands of your nurse and lactation specialist, Bonnie Williamson. Bonnie has touched two generations of my family's life. When I was in the hospital, the nurse was helping me with proper latching when my mother was there. My mom recognized her right away as the lactation specialist that had helped her with her children (due to the wonderful service that she received from the nurse.) Bonnie has been a miracle worker for me and I would not be breastfeeding now if it were not for her. The nurse was patient with helping me through a terrible case of mastitis, clogged ducts and a milk bleb. She would call me everyday to check up on me or make an appointment with me. She helped me get my milk back up to where it needed to be after mastitis. She helped me get my baby back to breast feeding with a shield and then helped me breastfeed without the shield. I went from not being able to breastfeed at all to breastfeeding in less than three weeks . All of this was able to happen because of the nurse. Words cannot describe the love and hard work I felt from the nurse. My child and I will benefit from this for years to come.
