The moment she entered the room, I felt a sense of calm and sweetness with her presence. I was very scared of IV injection, but she stood beside me, comforted and reassured me. Bouthaina helped me calm down and breathe through the fear. She stayed with me and didn’t leave my side throughout the whole process. She kept talking to me, joking, and smiling. Even though her duty finished, she stayed with me as I wanted to go to the toilet, and I took a long time inside, even though she kept on talking to me, joking, and smiling.
