Bozena is an outstanding nurse who exemplifies all the core values of Northwell. Recently, a patient missed his appointment due to some personal reasons. We were booked solid for the next couple of days. However, we had a last-minute cancellation and Bozena called the patient. He came in immediately, however, the patient didn't have time to grab lunch. Bozena ordered lunch and surprised the patient. He was beyond grateful and couldn't stop thanking her.
