Brad is a champion nurse in our unit. He leads the unit as charge nurse. He is a teacher facilitating the growth and development of new staff. He takes on any assignment with commitment and enthusiasm. I have worked with Brad for six years and observed his nursing skills and compassionate caring for his patients and their families. He is their advocate and protector providing nursing care that is individualized to their specific needs and their families. Brad is always professional but has a relaxed and easy going communication style that he uses to really get to know his patients and his co-workers. I am happy to know him and to work with him.
