It’s nice to have another individual to laugh with when you are going through such a traumatic experience and she constantly has an optimistic outlook and humor.
Patience is an understatement when it comes to Bradi Sobo. My son is 21 months old and this whole experience has been so scary for him. She has taken the time to get to know him, play with him, and make him feel at ease being here. I never feel rushed having her in the room and she is always trying to make my son laugh. She is not a nurse here for just a paycheck. She is a nurse who truly loves her job and thrives at it. It’s nice to have another individual to laugh with when you are going through such a traumatic experience and she constantly has an optimistic outlook and humor. My son was diagnosed with Ewings Sarcoma on July 7th we were in the hospital for 40 days. We have had multiple nurses, and Bradi definitely stands out. We look forward to our in-patient visits and hopefully having her as our nurse again!

Our baby girl, 6 years old, was admitted to the hospital out of the blue with a blood disorder that we weren’t aware she had. As you can imagine this was an emotional and stressful time for our family. Thankfully when we arrived at the Hematology/Oncology unit on the 5th floor we were in the caring hands of Nurse Bradi Sabo. She was not only knowledgeable and proficient in her job, but she also showed a level of emotional support and care that I am incredibly grateful to have had during such a difficult time. As a nurse myself I tend to be hard on nurses because I take pride in my work and hold people to a high standard. Bradi exceeded my standards in every way. Bradi, my family and I thank you for being you and putting your whole heart into your work. It shows in all you do!
