When your loved one spends greater than 24 days in the hospital and greater than 2.5 weeks in various ICU's, you are in contact with many caregivers. In our experience, one particular caregiver clearly stands out against his peers. Bradley Deters consistently demonstrated excellence in care and compassion in the hardest times, and a drive to ensure we had a clear understanding of my mom's condition and treatment plan. Bradley displayed these excellence and leadership traits without wavering. He would leave his shift and return the next day with clearly communicated goals for my mother, even thinking of her when off duty. Without question, he stands out!
