Dr. Brad Harrell is recognized for his dedication to students, the Loewenberg College of Nursing, his clinical practice, and the nursing profession.  He is committed to student learning, utilizing learner-centered philosophical approaches in his teaching. Dr. Harrell always goes above and beyond to assist students, and other faculty.  His research on gender and sexual minorities is on point for this time in our history, and his work will make a significant contribution to our nursing history.  Students praise him for making learning enjoyable, stimulating their thinking, enabling students to learn, apply, and translate knowledge into practice.
