We have been here for a week now, so we are starting the second round of nurses’ schedules. From the beginning, Brad has been pleasant, humorous, and professional. He provided extra touches, like headphones, because the roommate/visitors were loud. He followed up when we inquired about things and made the stay tolerable. I highly recommend him as a great representative of your hospital. If a bed needed stripping, he jumped right in.
