From the minute he walked into my room, he went over and above to make me feel relaxed and ready for my procedure. He was quick with IV; one try and he had it in. He was able to keep professional yet he was joking with me and making me very comfortable. After my procedure he got me my coffee ASAP, and ordered me a fantastic breakfast. Branden is one of the best RN's I have had!
