In the 3 days I was in her unit, she went over and above her job. She answered questions I had and was very helpful with every need, whether taking me to the bathroom, changing bed sheets, reheating meals because I was down having tests, getting me a cup of coffee…just the most pleasant person even when busy with all her other patients. She is definitely an asset to your hospital and I hope she is recognized for her commitment.
