She consistently demonstrated strong assessment and communication skills and advocated for her patients. She was eager for new opportunities and experiences and sought appropriate guidance. She always asked for clarification on various questions. She possesses empathy, caring, and compassionate traits which extend to both her patients and colleagues. I saw this demonstrated at clinical with every pt assignment she was given. Brandi consistently self-reflected and provided quality care to pts as a result of this self-reflection. This demonstrates to me a future nurse who is willing to look at oneself & make the changes necessary to become a better healthcare provider.
