My son was admitted to the NICU, all our nurses were great, but Brandi was exceptional. She has outstanding communication skills, great listening, and speaking, very compassionate and helpful. She took good care of my baby in the most skilled and ethical manner.
Brandi treated us with respect and dignity. She was paying attention very carefully to little details and made sure she didn't miss any steps. Brandi has a sense of humor that helped a lot when I was going through tough times. She comforted me and gave relief every time I looked stressed and worried about my baby.
Brandi deserves a very high level of respect.
