Brandi was my nurse the weekend I was admitted with kidney stones. She not only showed professional knowledge in everything she did that shift, but she went out of her way to show 'deep caring' for the pain I was going through. For example, I was in the bathroom with intractable back pain, doubled over, vomiting, and Brandi came in with the most soothing voice helping me through the pain and vomiting. She got a cool cloth and placed it on my forehead while holding my hand and encouraging me in a soft voice I could make it through this. She helped me, 'know' I could. She is amazing.
