Brandi Johnson, RN

Brandi is the most caring and wonderful nurse! I was out of town when my mother was admitted to NSH. I was so anxious about Mom being in the hospital without me by her side. Brandi treated my mom like her own grandmother. She communicated everything clearly and effectively to my mom (who doesn’t hear well) and, through my daughter, kept me informed of my mom’s status and situation. My mom and Brandi formed a special bond, and for that, I am so grateful. When my mom was hesitant to go down to radiology for some testing, Brandi accompanied her to make her feel more comfortable. I know that wasn’t in the scope of her duties, but because of Brandi’s compassion, my mom was able to get the tests she needed. Brandi also checked in with my mom when she wasn’t even assigned to my mom as a patient, which always brought a smile from my mom. Brandi is a shining example of the perfect, professional, caring woman and nurse. Northside Hospital is so lucky to have her on staff. And we are so lucky to have had Brandi on our team!
