While Brandi Knotts' manager was out of the office over an extended period of time, she had to take on a heavy load with added responsibilities but she never complains. She always has a smile on her face, worries about her staff and keeps a "can do" attitude. Whether she is taking care of her supervisory responsibilities or staffing on a unit, with Brandi, it is always about what is best for the patients. Her attitude is contagious and it reflects in much of her staff. She is the real deal and it is a joy to work with her.
