I am writing to tell you of the excellent care Brandi Milliner and Fidelity has provided for my mother.
My mother had a 10 hour surgery on her esophagus. After 9 days in the hospital, she was sent home with home health care services.
Brandi was my mom's designated nurse. First, Brandi was friendly and immediately set my mom at ease. She helped my mother be comfortable with a stranger in the house. Second, she was professional. She was thorough with my mother providing quality care and advice. She spent time evaluating and monitoring my mom. Third, Brandi set up prompt additional assessments and services for my mom. Brandi arranged for my mother to be assessed by occupational therapy, physical therapy, and social work. She also set up timely deliveries of additional supplies as my mom needed them.
Altogether, I could not have asked for a better home health care nurse for my mother.
I would also like to acknowledge Fidelity provided excellent service to my mom. We were very pleased with the quality of care and level of service my mother was given. From the nurse who arrived at her house at 1:00 am the night she came home from the hospital to the delivery driver who made a 6:30 am visit with a pump charger we needed.
