I was a patient in the Emergency Room. I was experiencing severe abdominal pain and was also 18 weeks pregnant. I was scared and in a lot of pain. Brandi Saunders triaged me and was my primary nurse during my stay. To say I received excellent and compassionate care is an understatement. Not only did she treat me medically, but she was also able to relieve my anxiety with her exceptional communication and attentiveness. She took the time to listen to my concerns, relay them to the provider, and not only treat my pain, but also my fears. The ER is a busy place; however, she never seemed "too busy" to care for me. Thank you, Brandi, for the exceptional care and love that you not only showed me that night, but also for the excellent nursing care you show each and every patient! Every patient deserves a Brandi to care for them!
