I am a survivor of COVID-19. I was admitted twice to your hospital and on the 2nd admission, Brandi was my phenomenal nurse. Though I could be difficult at times, she took the time to discover what motivated me. When I received donor plasma and was nervous and afraid, she stayed with me during the transfusion and kept me calm. She was wholesome and I never had a bad experience in her care. If my call light was on, she said she wanted to help me and knew I didn't want to be sick. She pushed me to improve and she was unbelievable.
