Brandi, thank you for being such a sweet, caring person; my husband received excellent care from you. Not just your everyday duties, but above and beyond care for him and for me. You not only cared for his physical health needs but also his mental state.
Understanding his repeated questions (due to hearing loss), patience in this matters! You always made sure he was comfortable and if he needed anything you were there - even giving him a treat to tide him over between his procedure and lunch.
Brandi always asked him what he needed; he didn't have to ask for anything. She also asked me if I needed anything. She was attentive to his needs, above and beyond in our book, she was polite, kind and understanding - keep up the great job, you are all awesome!
