Brandi Surber, RN
Brandi went above and beyond her duties as a manager. A unit that Brandi doesn't manage was needing extra support. She came over to our unit to sit until a personal safety attendant was found. Throughout the day, Brandi continued to show and give this unit so much support and encouragement. From a staffing point of view, she gave us the most support we have ever had in the last few years. She had the charge nurse’s back when needing to cover when a nurse had to go home early. She also asked other managers to page out and ask for help since we had less staff than needed. I would hands down transfer to Brandi's home unit just to have Brandi as my manager and be able to have her support.
